Our journey flows into the ritual of Ceremonial Cacao. Known as the ancient 'food of the gods,' this sacred plant medicine gently opens the heart, elevating your mood and focus. With the cacao's warmth settled within, we transition into Movement, encouraging the flow of energy through our bodies. Through intuitive, gentle practices of yoga and Qigong, we invite the Earth element, releasing tension and cultivating a mindful sense of being present in our physical body.
