Health & Wellness: Welcome

The mind and body are bound together through the breath. An imbalance in your breathing can create an issue in your posture and the way you move, creating problems like back and neck pain and general tension throughout the body, potentially leading to chronic illness and mental health issues.
So becoming aware of your breath and how too control it is vital to a healthy mind and body.

The Buteyko method is recognised by the NHS as a Complementary therapy to ease respitory illnesses such as;
SNORING AND SLEEP APNEA
LONG COVID
SPORTS RELATED ASTHMA
STRESS AND ANXIETY 
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE 
BREATHLESSNESS 

During 1:1 sessions we will create a program that will help you reduce symptoms and become a more optimal breather,  and help you learn the tools of breathwork and how to apply them to day to day life.
