About the event

Immersive cacao, movement, breathwork, and hot & cold contrast therapy offers a holistic and rejuvenating experience for the mind, body, and spirit.

These sessions combine different modalities to create a powerful and transformative experience.

1. Cacao Ceremony: The session starts with a cacao ceremony, where participants consume a ceremonial-grade cacao elixir. Cacao is known as the "food of the gods" and has been used for centuries in ancient rituals. It helps to open the heart, increase focus, elevate mood, and enhance creativity.

2. Movement: After consuming cacao, participants engage in gentle movements, such as yoga or QiGong, to activate the body and connect with their physical sensations. Movement helps release tension, improve flexibility, and promotes a sense of mindfulness and embodiment.

3. Breathwork: Following the movement practice, participants engage in clansing breathwork. Breathwork is a powerful tool that helps release emotional blockages, increase energy levels, and bring about a sense of clarity and inner peace.

4. Hot & Cold Contrast Therapy: Once the breathwork session is complete, participants utilize hot and cold contrast therapy to promote circulation and rejuvenation. This will involve alternating between our traditional Finnish hot sauna and Oak barrel ice baths. The contrast in temperature helps flush out toxins, improves immune function, and invigorates the body.

The combination of cacao, movement, breathwork, and hot & cold contrast therapy is designed to activate and align the mind, body, and spirit. It can be an intense and transformative experience, allowing you to release stress and tension, connect with your inner self, and cultivate a sense of joy, clarity, and well-being.
