Service Description
With so much external stimulation sometimes you just need to slow things down and let your mind and body rest.. These sessions will guide you through fundamental relaxation techniques such as breathwork, yoga, and Qigong which will help you manage the stresses of day-to-day life, calming and soothing your nervous system. Utilising immersive headphone technology and calming binaural beats, with slow gentle movements and breathwork you will learn how to restore balance and calmness throughout the body and mind leaving you feeling truly alive and re-energized.

To cancel or rebook, please contact us upto 2 hours before a session for a full refund or to re-arrange. Due to the limited group sizes and high demand, after this period no refunds will be given, and rescheduling will be subject to availability. Contraindications As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for anyone thinking of taking part online or in person at a class or workshop. You may need one to one work or or more specialist attention. It is crucial that you inform your practitioner beforehand if any of the following conditions are relevant to you: * Pregnancy * Detached Retina * Glaucoma * High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication) * Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke. * Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen * Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes * Asthma - if you are asthmatic, you are welcome to attend providing you bring your inhaler. * Type 1 or 2 diabetes, please seek medical advise.
