Begin your Friday with movement and breath. This is a steady, flowing practice that wakes the body and settles the mind. move with intention, breathe with awareness, and build strength, mobility, and ease of mind. Each class blends: • Fluid sequences linked to breath • Gentle heat to energise the body • Moments of stillness to ground your focus Expect to leave feeling clear, open, and present. *Suitable for all abilities, even if your a complete beginner or full time yogi!. All equipment provided, but feel free to bring your own mat if you have one.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or rebook, please contact us upto 2 hours before a session for a full refund or to re-arrange. Due to the limited group sizes and high demand, after this period no refunds will be given, and rescheduling will be subject to availability. Contraindications As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for anyone thinking of taking part online or in person at a class or workshop. You may need one to one work or or more specialist attention. It is crucial that you inform your practitioner beforehand if any of the following conditions are relevant to you: * Pregnancy * Detached Retina * Glaucoma * High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication) * Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke. * Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen * Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes * Asthma - if you are asthmatic, you are welcome to attend providing you bring your inhaler. * Type 1 or 2 diabetes, please seek medical advise.
