I have been a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach for over 10 years.
Like many, during lockdown in 2020 I suffered with anxiety and mental health problems.
And this was something I was seeing more and more of within clients, family and friends. I wanted to do something to help, so I went deeper into my own breathwork practice, exploring the many different styles and looking deeply into the science that backs the benefits of incorporating daily movement, breathwork, meditation and Cold Therapy.
From here began my passion of sharing alternative therapies.
As a certified Wim Hof Method, Buteyko, Oxygen advantage and Yogalap Instructor, as well as being a Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator, my goal is to create a safe environment for people to explore and practice these techniques.
