I have been a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach for over 10 years. Like many, I have suffered with anxiety and mental health problems over the years. And this was something I was seeing more and more of within clients, family and friends. I wanted to do something to help, so I explored deeper into my own breathwork practice, exploring the many different styles and looking deeply into the science that backs the benefits of incorporating daily movement, breathwork, meditation and Cold Therapy. From here began my passion of sharing alternative therapies.
As a certified Wim Hof Method and Functional Breathwork Instructor, I also specialise in Trauma Release through Holosomatic Bodywork and Ceremonial Cacao, my goal is to create a safe space for people to explore and practice these life altering techniques.

'Conscious breathing describes the act of developing a soft awareness of your breath as it moves in and out of your body.
Breathwork is to use breath awareness and conscious breathing for healing and growth, personal awakening, and transformation in spirit, mind and body.
